Terms of Service:
Diligence, LLC values our clients and appreciates your business. For both the protection of our clients and our company please read the following. By hiring Diligence, LLC, client understands and agrees to the following terms, policies and conditions. Terms, conditions, policies and description of services are subject to change at anytime.
Diligence, LLC does not have a time commitment contract. We must earn your business every cleaning. You may cancel service at any time for any reason.
Our Guarantee:
Our policy is to provide our clients with professional quality service at a reasonable price. You will receive consistent high quality work every time.
We are so sure you will be satisfied with our cleaning service that we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaning; just give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to reclean the area you are dissatisfied with at no cost to you.
Communication:
Please let us know your preference. We prefer text as it is more timely for us --but a phone call, email or a note is fine.
Payment:
We accept cash and checks only. Payment is expected at time of service. Move ins/outs and one time visits pay in advance unless prior arrangements have been made. Please make checks out to Diligence LLC.
If we arrive for your regular cleaning and there is no payment we will leave a bill for you as a reminder. Please mail it at your earliest convenience. Returned checks will be subject to $50 Fee.
Rates:
Diligence, LLC reserves the right to reevaluate and/or change rates at anytime.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, Lock Outs and Discontinuing of Services:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your maintenance cleaning service please give us as much notice as possible. We don't have a cancellation Fee. However you may be charged for the additional cleaning.
Clients may discontinue our services at any time for any reason.
Diligence, LLC reserves the right to discontinue services at any time for any reason.
Privacy Policy:
We value your privacy. We do not share information.

General and Extra Services:
If you require special services or additional cleaning please contact us well in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home. In some cases, we may need to schedule a different or additional cleaning day. We do not lift/push/pull items that weigh more than 25lbs. We will not use anything larger than a step stool.
Breakage and Loss Policy:
Please remove any valuables from any area to be cleaned. Diligence, LLC limits our liability to $500 total per household per calendar year. Diligence, LLC is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
In the event something is damaged during the cleaning service please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning service. We will do our best to rectify the problem ASAP.
Inclement Weather:
Diligence, LLC reserves the right to close our office at any time due to inclement weather. Due to the routinely inaccurate, insufficient and untimely weather and road reports in our area we may not be able to give timely notice of cancellation or delay.
Security and Alarms:
Please leave alarm system off the day of cleaning unless other prior arrangements have been made. Keys are color coded by us for privacy and security.
Pets and Children:
Please make sure that aggressive pets are secured before we arrive to clean your home. We do not clean homes that have unsupervised children in them.
Scheduling and Hours:
Diligence, LLC services homes Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on a weekly and every other week scheduling. Due to our busy and sometimes changing schedule---it is difficult to commit to an exact time of arrival. Even if you normally have an afternoon cleaning, there may be times that we need to clean your home in the morning instead. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and notify you in a timely manner.
Our office will be closed on the following Holidays:
